Bastille Day Eve Dinner
Saturday 13th July 6.30pm - 10.30pm
Celebrating all things French at MacKenzie Quarters with a fully french feast designed by our very French Head Chef Cedric Bricnet in consultation with our executive chef, Travis Rodwell.
You’ll dine in the beautifully restored MacKenzie Hall, in the former historic school building, above Ms Batterhams where your five courses will be matched with delicious french wines selected by Ellis. The menu will include;
Canapes: Pumpkin ravioli with pepita crumb & Jerusalem artichokes veloute with hazelnut & truffle oil
1st Entree: Scallops, lardo and watercress condiment
2nd Entree: Pork Trotters in breadcrumb, kohlrabi, seeded mustard dressing
Main: Foie Gras stuffed Quail, medley of mushrooms, sauce au vin jaune, pommes darphins
Dessert: Chocolate ganache tart, Jerusalem artichokes parfait
