Introducing our next fantastic Wednesday Wine dinner. Partnering with Tellurian Wines, guests will be treated to a 4 course feast from the Ms Batterhams kitchen and accompanied by matched wines.
Tellurian was born from founder Ian Hopkins passion for Heathcote shiraz. Offered the opportunity to establish a new vineyard on the Mount Camel range in 2002, Ian’s enthusiasm was driven by the idea of crafting something fine and beautiful from Heathcote’s 550 million-year-old Cambrian soils.
Bringing together a talented team, winemaker Tobias Ansted, viticulturist Tim Brown and co-principal Daniel Hopkins, Ian’s focus on the future potential saw the first vintage of Tellurian shiraz bottled in 2008. Within four years they had completed the building of an Australian shed-style winery and cellar door overlooking 32 ha of vineyards.
These dinners are an intimate affair with seating capped at 50 for each event so guests can maximize their time with the company and experience in the room.
